OFCIMC has over 50k square feet of warehouse space for storage of equipment along with 5 acres of lay down yard for outdoor equipment.  Our facilities insured for full equipment replacement and our facilities are fenced and monitored 7x24.  When your critical equipment hits our site, our techs take inventory and document the equipment through our custom software.   As a customer you will have complete access to this software which allows to view your equipment.  We ensure that the equipment is received, and any issues are documented and rectified immediately.  This allows you to use resources for your project in other aspects and not on worrying about equipment.  We can provide this service whether you purchase your equipment from us or not. 

If you purchase equipment from us, we handle all warranty claims.  We will work directly with the manufacturer to repair or replace damaged parts ensuring you are getting the full factory warranty. 

Our dedicated project managers are there to assist you and all needs of your equipment.  As a customer you will have a dedicated PM that will be with you from initial order to start and commissioning.  Our PM are highly trained in the mission critical world and understand all the nuisances that go with these critical projects.  They will communicate directly with the manufacture and construction teams to ensure that schedules are met ensuring that your project stays on time and does not see cost overruns. 

All mission critical projects will require startup and commission.  Our team of qualified technicians will perform startup were applicable.  In the event that you and the team want OEM technicians we will ensure that we coordinate that startup with the factory.  Our commission technicians can be onsite to support the commissioning requirements of the projects.  We will work with the commissioning team to ensure the project is commissioned and documented per the specifications. 

No project goes into a project wanting to have to retrofit a product, but in the event that happens our OFCIMS has you covered.  Our technicians can perform the following:

3. Changing bussing from top to bottom feed
